I am working closely with the directors and assistants in a marketing team, providing leads and research to generate more business and to take the company a step further and attract potential clients. Additionally, I assist with digital marketing and gaining exposure for the company and an online presence.

During my gap year after sixth form I was confused with what I wanted to do and whilst I thought about my future, I decided to temporarily pursue a career in fitness to gain work experience in an industry. During my time as a leisure assistant at this hotel I was able to gain many qualifications, which include a Level 2 personal trainer qualification and a NPLQ in lifeguarding. Additionally, a main goal within my responsibilities was to increase membership sales and meet a monthly goal; I was very successful in achieving company goals as membership sales increased often in which this area of the job allowed me to develop people skills and I became more persuasive in my speech when approaching potential members.
