As a data specialist I am responsible for managing and analysing all data obtained from a wide variety of survey types and origins for clients around the world for use in their digital twins. I am also heavily involved with the product team, contributing to the design and ongoing enhancements of the R2S software and managing/maintenance of our backend databases.

As well as offshore projects, I have also been involved in many onshore projects, I have recently become more involved with product development.Recently my work has been focused on photogrammetry and how to involve this into our current processes. I hold all the necessary qualifications to work offshore in the North Sea, Norway, Indonesia, Angola, Mexico, Canada, and US sectors.

I started working at one of the busiest bars in Aberdeen without any prior experience in the industry. Through the five years I have worked in the bar I have been promoted from the bottom level of glass collector to becoming duty manager. I carry this job out alongside my full time employment at R2S. My current position as manager means I have to deal with all customer and colleagues issues, as well as dealing with large amounts of cash. This job has a high level of responsibility to maintain the bar as one of the busiest in the city. As well as being in management, I also do a lot of PR work, including poster/flyer design, as well as design for online advertising and video work for the multimedia advertising boards. As part of my management promotion I completed my Personal License course.

Whilst at school, I carried out a work placement at Richard Murphy Architects. This experience taught me a lot about how to work in an office community, and also how to keep the customer happy. Whilst carrying out my work experience, I had the opportunity to go to a lot of the new sites and developments, and was able to see the relationship between the architect and the customer.
