I love the High Street.My current focus is retail high street asset and investment management on behalf of landlords, as well as both acquisitions and disposals for tenants in the top markets UK wide.In July 2022 we launched Four & Co.I joined GCW in January 2020, reverting back to my niche practice roots. I previously moved to CBRE in May 2012 having also worked for niche retail practice Culverwell for almost 8 years and having moved to London in January 2017.My experience has focused on lettings, sales, leasehold acquisitions, leasehold surrenders and purchases on behalf of landlords/vendors and occupiers. My work in progress includes acquisitions and disposals in Shopping Centres, High Streets, Restaurants, re-gears as well as investment instructions.I have been trained to:- Be particularly proactive and hard working;- Continually push for new business generation;- Understand in detail the retail & leisure offer in each of the various towns/cities;- Strong understanding of the procedures in letting/sales/purchases/leasehold acquisitions from both landlord/vendor and tenant/purchaser perspective;- Update clients regularly on progress;- Think laterally about potential property solutions including sub-divisions/upsizes/relocations;- Entertaining clients and potential clients;- Spend time with landlords & tenants within towns updating them on market conditions;- Consider asset management angles, tenant mix and valuation considerations when making recommendations;- Have strong relationships with fellow agents;- Keep in regular contact with occupiers whether they are active or not.I have been instructed by most of the major UK property funds, property companies and a number of private landlord clients throughout my career on various assets.
