Financial and commercial leadership of Tabcorp's lotteries and keno operations (revenue circa $7 billion) including strategic planning, optimising revenue through national game management, development and delivery of major product and distribution initiatives, financial reporting and business input for licence activity.

Manage the performance of the Lotteries business division through the development of high level business strategy, identification and development of growth opportunities and the provision of performance monitoring. More specifically:- develop a relevant and corporately aligned strategic framework for Lotteries;- provide financial modelling, planning and administration services for all national games;- provide project management capability ensuring delivery of key projects; - lead the budgeting and financial reporting for the Lotteries business; and - develop and manage the business development pipeline.Key Accomplishments:- led the business strategy and bid preparation in the successful retention of the new Victorian Lottery Licence, commencing 1 July 2018 - led the development and launch of the all new national lottery game, Set for Life in August 2015 delivering significant incremental revenue

Lead role in distribution optimisation and project managed the internatonal procurement for SA Lotteries' technology replacement project, incorporating back end hardware and lottery operating software and point of sale terminal infrastructure throughout 550+ retailers

Relationship managed key government and corporate clients in these regions and initiated significant volume contracts. Key interface for dealership network in meeting the needs of significant clients.

Lead a team to manage the fleet business budget and business plan forecasting, P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, vehicle pricing administration, collation of market intelligence to analysis and structuring of major deal proposals.

Lead cost control responsibility for the company’s key future vehicle program, the BA Falcon (both investment and variable cost). Coordinate and communicate reporting of this $500m program to the Executive and in detail to operational departments to ensure cost targets were met.

Managed the credit quality of the bank's exposure to the automotive sector. This involved reviewing the financial performance of portfolio clients and preparing credit submissions for new customer acquisitions as appropriate.Also prepared industry papers and identified opportunities within the client base for Relationship Managers to pursue.
