I have completed a MSc Business Marketing at Glasgow Caledonian University and a BSc Honours Business degree. Throughout my masters and honours degree I have gained vast knowledge and experience of a variety of marketing principles and techniques, which have been demonstrated through the duration of my studies. I am a very motivated, optimistic, and determined individual which has been shown in my progression through my studies by setting myself goals, thus obtaining an honours degree in business, and continuing onto a master’s in marketing which in turn, brings me closer to my dream job within the marketing industry. I have carried out my own learning with Google, by taking and passing their Digital Marketing Certificate, which goes into detail about a variety of digital marketing techniques and tools especially SEO, SEM, and other ways to promote websites and social media. The course highlights the importance of keywords within content to help increase the success of organic searching. They also teach about Google Analytics and other tools to help increase and optimise ROI and others that help manage social media.I am currently working as a marketing co-ordinator where my main focus is on digital marketing and digital analytics. I have full responsibility of our business social media accounts which include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter. Having this control gives me the responsibility of creating and utilising Meta ads to try and reach a greater and newer audience in order to expand our reach, whilst keeping within our budget.
