Leading on improving the wellbeing and achievement of disadvantaged students in Year 11. Main responsibilities: - Teaching KS3 Science, following and developing the established schemes of work in line with the national curriculum - Teaching Biology GCSE, following the Edexcel specification - Teaching Psychology A Level, following the AQA specification to over 100 students across Year 12 and Year 13- Being a Form Tutor, delivering PSHRE sessions and working through attendance, punctuality and behavioural issues with my students, including liaising with colleagues and parents to ensure students can access and engage with their education - Teach various topics of Chemistry and Physics to GCSE (both separate and combined science)
