Currently working as a telecommunications specialist for Openreach PLC UK, recently returned from Boston, MA where I worked as a director of coaching for Bayern Munich, this role included head of recruitment, sports development department and complete financial analytics for the state of Massachusetts.As part of my current job role I specialise in complex provision and repair tasks including DSLAM, PSTN, ISDN, FTTC, SOGEA, GFAST, FTTP, Transmission, Planning, Surveying, Excavation, Reinstatement and PASMA qualified scaffolding. Also as a specialist engineer I manage a team of 45 engineers across the West London patch spanning from Harefield to Barnes, making sure they work to quality standards, are up to date with training and processes, managing their statistics and job completions as well as being the Openreach safety representative for the patch.I specialise in the most complex tasks, finding satisfaction in thinking outside of the box, using my imagination and coming up with solutions bespoke to both Openreach and our customers.I have extensive experience in various coaching methods including GROW, STEPPA, OSKAR, CLEAR and Action Centered Leadership models. Management experience and an owning scrum master for various projects ensuring all agile practices are fulfilled by team members.
