Within this role I interact with customers and suppliers daily ensuring a good working relationship is kept with all. I conduct many internal audits throughout the year and involved with external audits with the likes of API and BSI. Within my role my communication skills are used internally and externally whether that be with another department or a potential or current customer. I thrive to make the best impression and ensure best service is given to all I come across. My main aim is to ensure Quality is kept and driven within the company allowing us to aim for a ‘ right first time’ approach.
