My time spent in a customer facing role at Vue Cinemas allowed me to expand upon my customer service skillset. My duties included:• Working efficiently and accurately during peak times• Ensuring that the customer had a positive journey and that their expectations were met at key touchpoints e.g. ticket purchase, ticket inspection etc.• Cash handling and stock managementMy role as Customer Assistant allowed me to prove my ability to work under pressure and to a consistently high standard.

Teleperformance provided me the opportunity to prove my ability in terms of meeting and exceeding targets in a call centre environment. My role included:• Receiving and handling calls for a well-known internet provider• Meeting numerical quotas for calls resolved and dealt with• Passing customer satisfaction surveys• Ensuring that call quality was consistent and appropriateDuring this period, I had among the best statistics for call fulfillment within the team and I regularly passed customer service surveys with marks 8 out of 10 (or above).
