I currently act as a freelance social media manager for independent record label Ninja Tune, where I manage the day to day social media channels of Electronic music duo Coldcut. Since taking lead on their online direction in September of 2019, I have quickly learnt to work to the voice of Coldcut and their core audience - building an ongoing content schedule where I continuously find new ways to present the Coldcut journey to their fans on a personal and intimate level. I have also played an integral role in coordinating a number of their large-scale digital campaigns, most recently being the release of Coldcut and Ninja Tune’s iPad music production app, Jamm Pro.

hyponik is one of the UK’s leading music and events marketing agencies specialising in corporate, festival, club & underground music promotion. It is also an online music publication offering a finely curated look at electronic music culture.I acted as the Editor In Chief, solely responsible for ensuring regular content that keeps in line with hyponik’s narrative was created on the platform, whilst also building on its character by exploring new angle topics on current trends, developing global scenes and under-looked historical movements. Some of my key roles included contributing editorial pieces of all forms, pitching editorial opportunities and evaluating content from freelance writers, managing internships, liaising with PR agencies, and developing ongoing relationships with artists. I also regularly researched marketing opportunities and business partnerships for hyponik, pitching out hyponik's digital promotion services to new brands whilst carrying out tasks for current clients. These included running dedicated mailouts, newsletters, designing press releases, social media management, and processing advertorial requests.

Led creative direction and programming on Hyponik's monthly show on Reprezent Radio, planning content themes, artist features, guest takeovers and musical direction, handling recordings and controlling the studio desk.

BIGBOX is a London PR agency that specialises in music and popular culture. Some of the projects associated with the company are Redbull Music Academy, Outlook and Dimensions Festival, Afropunk, Field Maneuvers Festival and Bugged Out.During my time at BIGBOX I worked as a PR assistant. I gained first-hand experience on running a successful PR campaign across various events within the music industry. My roles included writing regular press releases and mailers on short notice, taking lead across all social media pages, as well as maintaining app administrative duties on a daily basis and preserving existing relationships with our clients. I also crafted creative ideas for projects and sought out new business opportunities.
