Inpart unlocks innovation from research by connecting universities and companies through an intelligent matchmaking platform. As Senior Account Manager - Biotech, I have a significant responsibility in communicating with our industry clients, assisting them to get the most from their subscription, as well as helping various members of my team and those above with any and all queries regarding Connect for Biotech's performance and outcomes.I have been responsible for different teams during my time at Inpart, I began working on Discover (now Connect Campaigns) where I quickly developed my communications skills, recruiting academics and TTOs to take part in our industry collaboration campaigns. As the team grew, so did I, implementing processes to increase efficiency, and taking a lead on managing and tracking our KPIs through bespoke databases.I have since moved to the Connect for Biotech product, initially recruiting participants, and developing the process for a pilot, to fantastic levels of success. In order to best tailor our product to a new audience, I have created easily scalable report generation procedures, supported by a bespoke CRM and workflow I designed in Looker Studio and Google Sheets.In addition to account management, I am helping to develop two new projects, yet to be announced.
