Taking my experience and applying it to efficiently utilise new and existing tools to aid a new and growing in-house IT Department!Tasked with -- Building a functioning helpdesk with FreshService- Building trust and rapport between staff and the IT Team- Utilising Tools such as PDQ Deploy and Inventory to arm the IT team with the tools to work efficiently.

TUPED from Gaia Tech I am now the onsite technician for 3 schools and a school trust. Providing IT support on a wide range of devices and services.Duties include -- Network Manager duties undertaken at UCL Academy for 1 Year and onsite technician for Bolder Academy (school partnered with Sky) for 1 year, I am now an IT Technician onsite at Tudor Park Trust.

During this role I managed multiple school sites, across London.Duties preformed included - - Helpdesk and ticket management - Manageengine service desk plus- Customer support for devices and software in person and remotely- Troubleshooting and escalating support calls if required- IP phone setup and management- WiFi and Filtering (Smoothwall) management.
