Over the last decade I started, built and grew my own trade service business from $0 to just over $4.5 million in revenue.Then in 2020 everything changed.Friends with trade businesses started to struggle. Material shortages, labor shortages, price rises, cash flow issues, new competitors, increased advertising competition and a loss in market share… these were just some of the issues they were striving to overcome.So, I offered to help them out.I believed I could help them turn their businesses around & take them to a new level.And the results were pretty phenomenal.I worked with 6 struggling trade businesses for 6 months. Creating then recreating new ads, websites, landing pages, online copy and social media presences. Fine tweaking their processes and systems & running split tests to figure out exactly what their target audiences wanted. Throughout the 6 months, I kept coming back to the same conclusion. All their issues boiled down to 1 thing. Their businesses just weren’t set up correctly in the first place.So, in August of 2022, I hung up my nail bag and got started on my next venture.Tradie Growth Pros.Since that day, I've spent my time helping tradies just like you build their businesses. Well, it means that I've been in the game long enough - and made enough mistakes along the way - that I know a thing or two.I created Tradie Growth Pros because I was sick & tired of seeing smart, hardworking people struggle.Now, I’m on a mission to help 1000 tradies start, build & grow their trade businesses to hands-off automated success.After all… who doesn’t want to work 3 - 5 hours a week, collect a damn good pay check & enjoy the rest of their time sipping beer under tropical sunshine.People think that forging your own path is risky.What I think is risky is taking out a mortgage based on a full-time job that can be taken away from you at any moment.As a business owner your job can't be taken from you.
