In this role it is the first point of contact that will win the trust of the client as well as their business due to the competitiveness of the industry.- Managing the customer service of all clients that had booked, including pre-travel, during and after. As well as having to speak with multiple venues throughout Europe when dealing with the issues that arose with clients.- Exceeding my targets averaging over 80 bookings per month. - I also successfully helped to build and maintain relationships with both new and previous venues, again both in person and over the phone. - Help support the event teams through staffing the golfing events and travel industry stands where Golf Breaks were present including the PGA tour and the European tour.
