Our fire protection parts are designed to meet the stringent safety requirements of the rapidly evolving EV market, helping to safeguard the future of clean energy. In addition, we provide robust, reliable products for the foundry industry, supporting heavy manufacturing processes with precision and durability.With over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, I’m passionate about optimizing production processes, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. My focus is on ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, from raw materials to finished products. With wide ranging responsibilities for operations, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, HSEQ and HR I enjoy the fast-paced, wide-ranging and entrepreneurial atmosphere of a small business.Since my appointment as Head of Manufacturing we have completed a range of major projects including design, install and commissioning of our new battery workshop production lines; delivery of our first automotive contracts; and passing major audits from major European and American OEMs.At Elmelin, we pride ourselves on maintaining the flexibility and personalized service of a small business while delivering the technical expertise and innovation typically found in larger organizations.
