My objective of this trip was to further improve my communication skills and push myself out of my comfort zone. I did this through working in multiple positions and environments with an array of people all with different communication styles and backgrounds. Due to my visa type I had to mainly work in manual positions whilst in Australia sodecided to set up a limited company and contract myself out to businesses. During these three years I worked in mainly painting, gardening and soft landscaping environments.

Introduced to the world of recruitment at the age of just 15 in the Industrial sector I completed 3 months of work experience for a business called Ethero Strategic Staffing, impressing during this short stint and gaining an understanding of the recruitment environment I was offered a 12-month apprenticeship and studied the nationally recognised NVQ Level 2 certificate in Recruitment Resourcing.
