As the Digital Operations Manager, I oversee the efficient and effective functioning of the digital team’s operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize team capacity, align project priorities, assign programs and tasks, and foster collaboration across the organization. I get to play a crucial role in creating and supporting streamlined processes to ensure the smooth execution of projects. As a detail-oriented professional, I strive to drive operational excellence within the digital team’s operations and program management. In addition to systematic and operational responsibilities, I manage various new and scaled digital programs and products.

As a digital product manager, I oversee and direct all aspects of a digital program’s localization process and ongoing development. This includes facilitating content and UX design, digital development, managing timelines, and budgets, communicating frequently with work groups, working closely with international team members, and coordinating a team of specialized contractors for various projects. This role’s primary focus is contextualizing and localizing a specific digital program.

As the Care, Missions, and Outreach Director, I developed frameworks, processes, and evaluation tools to standardize the Pastoral Care department. Held responsibility for ongoing assessment in order to maintain agility and account for department growth. Restructured and designed new hiring and onboarding practices for Care Partners, Premarital Care Coaches, and Deacons. I have been accountable for the expansion of mission-aligned organizational partnerships at the local and international levels. Overseen operational management of all service and outreach programs including weekly volunteer opportunities, counseling efforts, crisis prevention, and intervention hotlines.
