I am an experienced and dynamic business woman with a strong passion for sustainable agriculture, food, and travel. I am a fifth-generation rancher on my family's homestead located in Montrose Colorado. I have worked in the travel and marketing industry as well as sales. I now help new farmers and ranchers achieve their dreams through the Cultivating Farmers and Ranchers that Thrive Program through Valley Food Partnership. I also am part of my family's ranch business, Western Heritage Farms, which has operations in grass-fed and finished beef, heirloom vegetables and fruit, and more. We participate in our local farmer's market as well as private sales. I have ambitions to further my career towards agriculture economic development and property management.
