I started with MMC as a Customer service representative and was promoted to Account Manager in June 2010. My duties are as follows - - Handling of all sales and marketing enquiries for 5 major accounts, ensuring all orders, dispatches and returns are dealt with efficiently- Liaise with various customers on a daily basis regarding orders and enquiries, via telephone and email- Organise and prepare mail shots- Compile various client reports including bank reconciliations and end of month invoices- Communicate with the warehouse/courier company's regarding orders to ensure orders are completed on time- Satisfying all customer needs & queries on a professionally level at all times.
