Experience as a freelance interior design and architectural photographer, building a steady practice in the Midwest region, worked with a home building contractor, an architecture firm, and several interior designers. Skills included direct sales, client communication, project delivery and timely delivery of high quality images.

Took a break from creative agency life after the pandemic to create rhythms of wellness, creativity, and health and wellness aligned community in my everyday life. I learned how to sail a 420, spend a lot of time outside, backpacking camping hiking forest bathing and in the sauna and cold therapy. I enjoyed reading Mary Oliver and spiritual wellness books, journaling, and teaching yoga to my friends in the park. Out of this rest experience, I created the brand Gradual Shifts to help busy humans come alive to their own hearts, minds and bodies.
