Lead a sales operations team with a focus on data analytics and sales reporting in support of a $100m sales force of approximately 400 sales reps and managers. Significant accomplishments include:-Migration to Tableau - transitioned high impact reports from Excel to Tableau while automating the behind-the-scenes data work. This resulted in an average labor savings of 8 hours/week and an easier to use, single source of reporting.-Information dedepulication - we reviewed the reporting inventory to identify overlaps with two goals; first, to consolidate the volume of reports needed to understand the business, and second, to ensure a single source of the truth and consistent calculation throughout the information presented. In conjunction with the Tableau effort, we cut down the number of reports produced by 20%. -Self serve analytics - built, piloted, and deployed self serve dashboards to reduce the amount of ad-hoc reporting requests that our team fulfills. As a result, sales and business leaders can answer their questions and test their hypotheses on an on demand basis, while reducing the amount of analysis performed by our team by 20%.-Real time data - by automating our data retrieval, blending, and analysis, we were able to increase the availability and timeliness of information. My client base generally required financial statement audits to comply with loan covenants or regulatory requirements. In this capacity, I worked with manufacturing, distribution, and retail clients with revenues of up to $500mm and employee benefit plan arrangements with assets of up to $2bn.-Responsible for scoping, planning, executing, and supervising special projects including internal control assessments (both operational and financial), financial projections, and M&A due diligence. The initiation phases of these projects required close coordination with senior client leadership to ensure the scope of the project met their expectations.-Identified opportunities to improve firm operations, in areas including staff deployment, timekeeping, staff development, and systems.
