Assist customers with our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and GIS system configurations and setup based on my analysis of their organizations workflows, business requirements, and industry best practices. Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support and maintain services for our SAAS (software as a service) clients around the country. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Connect users to networks and train on facilities and applications. Load software packages such as networking components, operating systems and office applications. Customize and adapt current programs to satisfy users’ needs. Troubleshoot hardware and software failures and determine network problems. Update on status to manager and users through voice, email and in-person communication. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Install, and manage servers, network equipment, security systems, Printers, and any other IT infrastructure. Resolve technical problems by using the spiceworks ticketing system and help desk.

I support three large lecture halls two that hold 500 people and one that holds 1,000 people. Operations include setup, operate, maintain and repair equipment used to enhance live events, such as microphones, video recorders, projectors, lighting and sound mixing equipment. Assist professors with making sure everything is setup for their classes and manage a team of student workers who help me out during the week.

Duties included creation and maintenance of all work schedules for students, approve time sheets, assist full-time staff with hiring and training of new and current staff. Served as lead on projects as assigned by full-time staff. Communicated with student staff on changes to schedules, absences, tardiness and general problems.

Provided Technical support to students located in campus computer labs and campus libraries. Duties included training students on how to use the new print system. Provided maintenance for the new MFD’s and general computer assistance in the labs and libraries.
