Matt Crisp is the Principal engineer for CalTed. Bringing 17 years of experience in management and design of Traffic Engineering projects his professional experience includes roadway design as well as signing and striping, stage construction/handling and traffic control plans. His career has also led him to specialize in the design of traffic signals, traffic signal communication systems, and roadway and highway lighting.
