I am a hard working and diligent team player, who enjoys working under pressure. I served in the RAF for 26 years and after retiring, worked Argyll Holidays, as the Reception Team Leader at the Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village and Inverawe Smokeries as a Warehouse Assistant. I now work as a Yardsman and delivery driver with Jewson's in Oban.I enjoy working as part of a team and helping to mentor and develop the skills of others.I am an effective communicator and am confident briefing or speaking to large groups of people.I have completed two tours as a Trade Training instructor and throughly enjoy being involved in the development of others, helping to expand their knowledge, abilities and self confidence.Over the course of my RAF Movements career, I have continually learned to adapt to new environments and gain new skills and qualifications, so will be working hard to do so in my new career.
