Working with the world’s leading crypto, blockchain, and DeFi entrepreneurs and investors. I led the People and Protective Operations team for HQ Digital, a DCG backed wealth management and security platform. I was responsible for scaling business operations internally and for our clients. As part of HQ, I was responsible for building processes and systems from scratch and establishing them for scaling operations.

At Figure, a leading fintech, I was responsible for building a world class People Operations infrastructure from the ground up. During COVID the team and I shifted the majority of the company remotely and created an entirely new onboarding experience and office policy to support WFA. Implemented the company's HRIS and first performance management system, Lattice. Established company's first employee review process, compensation bands, and trained 60+ managers in 60 days. Focused on building culture, reputation and loyalty across our company and energizing employees around vision, values, and leadership. Designed leadership and management 101 training. Developed Tableau dashboards to track growth, turnover, retention, and Diversity statistics in order to make data driven decisions on hiring and employee experience. Engagement score in top decile of peer companies (85% proud to work at Figure). Increased employer Glassdoor brand to 4.5% and CEO rating to 97%. I led Figure's comp & benefits, systems, on-boarding, people, and people analytics teams with an eNPS of 90.

Figure provides home equity release solutions, including home equity lines of credit, home improvement loans and home buy-lease back offerings for retirement. During my Undergraduate education, I began working as a Research Associate in a Behavioral Health and Psychology lab. My research focused on alcohol abuse prevention and skin cancer prevention in high risk college populations. I was responsible for coordinating all human subject research projects, survey administration, statistical analysis, and additionally conducted peer counseling as part of the research projects. During my time with the lab, I was able to significantly contribute to 10 peer-reviewed research articles, and was a contributing author for two of them.
