Camps International is a social enterprise which runs international volunteering expeditions in Africa, Asia and South and Central America. Our expeditions offer young people the opportunity to broaden their horizons and make their mark on the world through sustainable community, wildlife and environmental projects. As a Regional Expedition Coordinator, I am responsible for inspiring and enabling schools, teachers and students to get involved in our overseas opportunities.

Bell Leisure focuses on providing quality programs and Aquatic Management solutions for schools and education centres, creating synergy between aquatic education and facility management.In 2010 Bell Leisure opened its first recreational kids holiday program Camp Blue in North Sydney CAMP BLUEMore than just a vacation care Camp Blue is a premiere day and overnight camp running out of Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches. Camp Blue has set itself apart in the market by providing a fun, engaging and dynamic program for all children, their personalities and interests.The Role:- Continuation of establishing the program in the Northern Beaches - Administration of all Camp Blue Manly Families- Creating and Developing the program and then delivering the program every school holiday's. - Marketing for new business within the local and wider community- Budget management and ordering- Client management- Staff management and recruitment

I was responsible for the delivery of initiatives and continual development and identification of new opportunities which assisted in the overall engagement and retention of the young people and future leaders within the Surf Life Saving New South Wales membership.

I worked for Sport in Schools Australia as both a PDHPE teacher and a Head Teacher in primary education. I was responsible for the implememtation of programs, including cooperative learning and social skills, physical education and health, athletics and gymnastics. When working in the Head Teacher role, I was responsible for the coordination of staff and the structure of the programs.

I worked at a summer camp in California for 3 consecutive summers, each year gaining further experience and taking on more responsibility. During my final two summers, I was responsible for coordinating the Counsellor in Training (CIT) program. This initiative is designed to encourage older teenagers to learn how to be a counsellor. As the CIT Coordinator I was responsible for other CIT counsellors.

I worked at this co educational school as a permanent member of staff during my gap year from high school to further education. My responsibilities included coaching a number of different sports to children of all ages such as rugby, basketball and cricket. My role also included coordinating sports events, school trips, parents evening and functions and occasionally accompanying special needs children on a one to one basis.
