Taking the reigns of production at Deeds Brewing for a few months to assist the team in running down stock-on-hand and making some final beers for one last summer before the brand finishes up for good.

In addition to below roles:- in-depth analysis of all utilities and overheads, implementation of cost-cutting measures- assist new brands come to market via gypsy brewing- partner with other leadership heads to refresh brand, reset core range- background, R&D and market implementation of multiple NPDs- management of contracts and supply agreements for key raw materials and packaging consumables - improve staff performance, morale via improvements to scheduling, rostering along with regular off-site training or team bonding activities- management of compliance documentation for food manufacturing, alcohol production and trade-waste regulatory bodies

Early career researcher specialising in composite materials for high pressure gaseous fuel vessels. Conduct a wide range of material characterisation experiments, inspection techniques (digital image correlation, X-ray tomography) and finite element analysis methods.Extensive experience with project planning and management, product design and manufacturing, various forms of experimentation and testing along with professional report writing and big data analysis.Represented RMIT University at multiple international conferences and competitions.

Worked in Robust Composite Repairs project. Created and analysed finite element (FE) models using MSC.Patran, MSC.Nastran and MSC.Marc. Studied various FE result outputs and composite failure modes to correlate FE results to experimental data. Wrote clear and concise technical reports based on completed work.

Studied the clamp load loss of carbon fibre composite bolted joints in conjunction with Carbon Revolution. Manufactured carbon fibre specimens using hand lay-up and vacuum-assisted resin infusion techniques. Tested composite bolted joint specimens in static compression at room temperature and elevated temperatures to determine resin-dominated clamp load loss behaviour. Work was successful and continued to become my final year engineering project.
