I guided customers in building surveys using our robust survey-building platform to garner vital data, improving customer centricity for their own businesses.Working with other departments was also a significant portion of my duties. I collaborated with the Compliance team to improve proactive and reactive methods of quelling phishing attempts illegally created using our platform. Furthermore, I assisted Site Reliability Engineers in solving major software outages, working as their main communication line for app behavior. Continuing, I met with prospecting and current, Account Managed customers to implement comprehensive solutions, nourishing the Sales team’s relationships and growing their opportunities. Finally, I trained new hires by detailing the numerous features and potential problems of our application as well as demonstrating the values of our customer services methods. This also involved providing mentorship to many of the new hires as they develop within their role during the next several months after training was complete.

I organized and directed KCRW Summer Nights events/KCRW-sponsored events including concerts and members-only film screenings. I also managed relations to educate KCRW members on all opportunities to assure satisfaction and engagement in the full value of their membership. Finally, I wrote blogs for the KCRW website and publicized the Summer Nights via social media.
