Upon leaving school I trained as a Chef in Glasgow and also studied Events & Hospitality Management. After spending a number of years there, I missed countryside living and returned to my home turf in Aberdeenshire. I changed career, spending a number of years in the oil industry. Alongside this I rediscovered my love for the area and the significant offering of quality local food produce we have now. I am a huge supporter of shopping local and sharing what we have to offer here. I decided to start my own business based on this.Bothies & Bannocks offers chauffeur-driven food and drink tours in the North East of Scotland, giving an authentic taste of local culture, food and landscape. Based in the heart of Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, we are perfectly positioned to deliver some of the finest food tours in Scotland. We have also recently expanded to offer vehicle and catering support to adventure sport companies.
