Same company, just a change of name, more activities and more locations

My role primarily involves dealing with enquiries & quotes, organising bookings and ensuring everything is in place for customers on the day. Over and above this, I manage our websites (Boots N Paddles, Canoe Hire Scotland and TreeZone), social media channels, produce and place marketing and promotional materials, produce an e-newlsetter, manage customer feedback, am heavily involved in business development and anything else that that happens to come along.

I held a project management role at SL working in the Marketing Division. Responsibilities included managing research products for internal customers up to Executuve level. Working in the Direct Customer Division my role was to support the direct sales Financial Planning Consultants. This involved monitoring and advising on compliance issues, documentation and in some cases training requirements. I had also had responsibility for tracking and reporting certain types of compliance breaches. The role occasionally required travel to Regional sales offices.
