Today a firm based in Toronto with operations mainly in Canada and Mexico, but with some activity in other countries.My expertise fields are corporate finance, economics & strategy. Services are executive education, consultancy & speaker. I have 25 years of business experience as a business consultant, board member & entrepreneur.Typical professional projects I'm involved are: P3 and infrastructure projects, valuation of going concern companies, financial modelling, financial model auditing, financial and strategic analysis of companies, measurement and analysis of profitability and economic value added, EVA®, investment project evaluation, strategic planning, profit and cost analysis, support in decision making to investors.In the last 25 years, I have given workshops for executive education in finance in 8 different countries for close to 10,000 executives and business managers from more than 20 countries.I'm a regular writer and speaker in business topics and about the economy. I wrote and published a book of finance for managers and decision makers. Because of my passion for education, I have been a regular part-time professor of finance in two leading graduate business schools for 20 years. I'm fully bilingual English-Spanish, with some knowledge of French.
