Lead the analysis function of the Strategy and Insight team. Deliver analysis of our internal activities in relation to Income and Engagement, so as to provide actionable insight and recommendations to drive impact and income growth.

Develop the insights and analytics strategic framework to support fundraising across direct marketing, supporter care, events, third party and philanthropy. Manage the time and workload of the Data Selections Officer.

Use, develop and manage systems related to data capture and analysis including Blackbaud CRM, Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. Design data flows for third party vendors across marketing activities from digital lead generation and acquisition to telemarketing. Maintain best practice in all data use within the organisation. Capture all fundraiser reporting requirements, prioritise and develop KPI reporting through dashboards. Set up and train all users across systems mentioned previously. Scope data team needs, develop job packs and hire Data Selections Officer.

Support the global data team in activities across fundraising directorates. Deliver timely and accurate campaign analysis. Handle all data selections for marketing purposes across multiple channels. Develop supporter journeys. Manage data quality issues and allocate across the team as appropriate.

As a member of the National Marine Aquarium's specialist host team, it was my role to engage with members of the public to improve the educational and enjoyment qualities of their visit. The NMA strives to "connect people with the ocean, to promote pro-ocean behaviour" and I was a part of the force that actively drives that message every day by interacting with visitors in every way from one-to-one chats to large scale shows designed to intrigue, inspire and educate.This role developed to allow me to take the educational messages of the NMA to outreach events, at which I aimed to intrigue, inspire and educate to the same degree as within the aquarium. The end of 2017 saw me take on the role of Work Experience Coordinator within the Discovery and Learning team.
