• Applications Team Lead supervising twelve .NET application developers and database administrators on new development projects and maintenance tasks.• Responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of enterprise-wide and agency specific application development projects, innovative IT solutions, and new technology to satisfy current IT needs and prepare for future events.• Analyze Business requirements, conduct requirements gathering, systems analysis, and design for cost-effective, large complexity applications and IT solutions• Member of the Public Safety Technology Working Group as a Subject Matter Expert in Applications working to develop, procure, and support major IT initiatives for all county Public Safety agencies including the Prince George’s County Police Department, Office of the Sheriff, Department of Corrections, and the Office of Homeland Security.• Member of the Digital Infrastructure Task Force, a regional collaborative network of government IT Professionals who work together to help each other make smarter technology decisions.• Emergency Operations Center liaison for the Office of Information Technology and Communications during emergency operations and events to coordinate disaster recovery operations. Key Accomplishments• Developed Award Winning Crime Reduction Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard (Active Crime Reporting) for police crime statistics and analysis for Prince George’s County Police Department.
