My responsibilities in this position include:- Entering Company Data: I am responsible for accurately entering 100% of the company's data onto the local website using specialized company tools. This involves ensuring that all data is correctly inputted, organized, and up-to-date for seamless access and use.- Data Maintenance and Sorting: I handle the maintenance and sorting of 70% of the company's data to ensure it is well-organized and readily available for future development. This includes regularly updating and refining the data to maintain its relevance and utility.- Preparing Data for Other Divisions: I prepare data to be used by other divisions within the company. This involves using company tools to ensure that the data is properly formatted, accessible, and aligned with the specific needs of each division, facilitating smooth and efficient operations across the organization.

My jobdesc on this position is:-Designing 10-30 pieces of social media content per project, including reels, ensuring creativity and adherence to brand guidelines.-Developing content plans between 7 days before project commencement to ensure a cohesive and engaging social media presence.-Engaging in discussions with clients to understand their design briefs, providing creative input, and ensuring alignment with their vision.-Executing all design tasks and briefs within assigned deadlines, maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.-Using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, And Canva to execute and make a good design

Some of the achievements and work I have done in this field include:- Creating concepts and executing client requests, such as developing banner concepts from start to finish based on client instructions.- Designing digital and print-ready files for client needs, including banners, posters, logos, Instagram carousel content, and more.- Handling client-requested revisions from the initial stages to achieving optimal and satisfying results for the client.
