Implements and maintain the daily operational activities of ISO/IEC 17025, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14000, and SMKP Minerba, technical process, monitoring and supervising the core activities and support activities in laboratory include monitoring the safety practice and Quality Control activities.Establish communication with the costumer through the delivery of weekly and monthly report relating to all activities and issues in the laboratory.Implement the training required in relation with man power, arrange the training program, perform and evaluate the outcome for the next development program.Implement the stock control and monthly inventory reports to the laboratory Manager.Perform the KPI assessment for the laboratory supervisor.Sample submission sorting and LIMS profile.Supervising the samples preparation, pretesting and testing process, perform quality control to the data results prior to finalization of assay report.Supervising the instrument operator and laboratory technician in order to perform safety working with high quality performance.Record any possibilities of nonconformity or potential nonconformity of testing result or deviation and hazard report findings.Perform the laboratory technical training to the subordinates, daily pre-start meeting, and back up in laboratory daily operational.Performing methods validation and verification and the distribution, socialization and implementation of the methods.Equipment, instrument, and environment daily performances observation and checking.Operating the Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, Sulfur and Carbon Infrared Analyzer, UV-VIS Spectroscopy using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

- Perform quality product check on raw material nickel ore using ED-XRF Epsilon 4- Ensuring that Laboratory operations, from preparation to analysis run in accordance with SOP- Ensuring that every parameter related to preparation and analysis meets the standards to produce precise and accurate results - Make the Result of Analysis and Certificate of Analysis- Make a daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the analysis results and submitted to the supervisor and other departments as well as contractors

- Perform quality check on nickel ore using XRF Analyzer, coal using TGA, calorie using Bomb Calorimeter, sulfur using total sulfur instruments, and metal using optical spectroscopy - Make a daily and monthly report of final result test

- Perform quality check of surface water and ground water daily and weekly- Monitoring blasting activity - Monitoring noise activity
