Served as the Liaison between United States Air Force, United States Navy, and British forces supporting 5 Unified Commands, 4 Major Commands and transient coalition forces. Led and managed the largest detachment on the United States Pacific Command's Western most regional Military installation. Managed over 400 vehicles, 523 pieces of Aerospace Ground Equipment and led 164 mil/civ members in 9 Career fields; overseeing $740M of PACAF facilities/Reserve Material assets, planned/executed $7.7M budget.

Led and managed 96 personnel spanning eight distinct and mission mandatory sections while providing administrative overview for the Quality Assurance section. The eight sections included the Aircraft Maintenance Analysis section, Aircraft Maintenance Plans and Scheduling, Maintenance Group Environmental Office, Maintenance Group Resource Advisors, Maintenance Operations Center, Maintenance Quality Training Program, Unit Training Managers, and the Unit Mobility Managers.

Led 306 Military/civilian personnel encompassing 16 Different Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSC's) in 7 flights to enable the programmed flying training. Supervised maintenance production/scheduling for HC-130J, MC-130J, HH-60, UH-1N, CV-22 aircraft totaling 34 airframes valued at $2.1B. Directed production efforts to support personnel recovery (PR) training/Special Operations Command tasking/regional PR. Coordinated with three Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU) Production Superintendents to plan/organize/direct/employ on-/off equipment aircraft maintenance.

Led 98 Military/civilians/Air National Guard personnel in 20 different career fields. Directed maintenance operations in eight individual work centers. Set tone for enlisted force, oversaw manpower and training requirements, and ensured personnel were assigned to maximize unit/mission needs. Supported Air Education and Training Command's most diverse wing in training HC-130P/N, MC-130H, HC-130J, MC-130J, UH-1N, HH-60, and CV-22 aircrews.

Led and directed 303 Active Duty/Air National Guard/Civilian personnel that encompassed six different Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSC's), while ensuring Technical Order Compliance and safety. Managed Maintenance production scheduling, flight-line maintenance operations and support equipment for 14 Special Operations C-130's valued at $1.4B. Evaluated Higher Headquarter reports, quality assurance data to identify and correct faults and adverse trends.

Led 58 Special Operations Wing base wide Logistics/maintenance actions for bed-down $1.5 B HC/MC-130J recapitalization (RECAP) program. Provided C-130J Subject Matter Expert (SME) inputs on maintenance actions/aircraft publications for Headquarters Air Force RECAP program office. Developed Cost effective training plans and agendas to met new multi-million dollar equipment acquisitions, Scheduled effective timelines for multiple location training events and ensuring 26 personnel were ready to receive and sustain day to day operations for 6 months.

Directed maintenance efforts of 186 assigned personnel in support of 11 Special Operations C-130's valued at $480M. Ensured personnel and equipment availability to support world-wide special operations/combat rescue aircrew training. Directed maintenance production efforts by assigning priorities to meet the flying and maintenance schedules. Evaluated Higher Headquarter reports, quality assurance and statistical data to correct faults and adverse trends.

Directly responsible for the upgrade, ancillary and annual training of 20 aerospace maintenance personnel. Supervised and preformed follow-up inspections on aircraft launch/recovery operations, tows, washes, and jacking. Reviewed/ensured aerospace equipment forms and Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) documentation were accurately accomplished and completed for assigned shift. Evaluated all shift leave/training requirements to meet manpower requirement to support mission commitments.

Conducted classroom and hands-on instruction to facilitate airlift's aerospace maintenance training for over 800 students annually. Maintained seven ground instruction training aircraft, training equipment, and supplied valued at over $85M. Emphasized safety in daily training activities using Operational Risk Management (ORM) principles and methods. Mentored students on strengths, weaknesses, and personal issues while instilling Air Force Core Values. Evaluated student professional development to ensure combat-ready Airmen are delivered to Air Force Major Commands. Developed Training Material using automated systems to support career field educational and training plans. Aided Military Training Leaders (MTL's) with over 700 students daily by enforcing military standards and discipline.

The objective of a DCC program is to directly assign a maintenance person to each aircraft to provide continuity/accuracy of aircraft forms, aircraft status, scheduled maintenance, and improve aircraft appearance. DCCs manage and supervise maintenance on their aircraft. DCCs are selected on the basis of initiative, management and leadership ability, and technical knowledge. When authorized, ensure the DCC's and Assistant Dedicated Crew Chief (ADCC) name and rank is stenciled or painted on their assigned aircraft. Use only authorized wing paint scheme and marking procedures in addition to Aircraft Technician responsibilities, DCCs, if assigned, should:Accompany their aircraft through scheduled inspections and assist the InspectionSection NCOIC/Chief as needed.Attend pre- and post-dock meetings.Assist the Inspection Section NCOIC/Chief with completing the required document review and validation at the end of the inspection.Coordinate with Pro Supers and expediters for downtime to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Manage deferred discrepancies.

Performs all General Airframe and Engine maintenance to include servicing, major component replacement, and general aviation repairs. Inspections of all major components during preflight, post-flight, thru-flight and major phased and Isochronal periodical inspection time-line.
