Operations Shift Manager at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. I graduated from license class as an SRO/STA in 2016 and started as an Equipment Operator in 2009. When I graduated from college with a Marketing-Management degree I did not think I would one day work in the utility industry, let alone be in charge of nuclear reactors. I started my career as an Account Executive for the second largest radio station in Pittsburgh. After several years of working in sales/marketing I transitioned into the utility business. I have been able to develop my managerial and leadership skills both at work and in the local community.

Developed marketing strategies for local business throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. Proactively pursued clients and closed deals that were beneficial to both the client and my company. Found success by being willing to say, ‘We actually would not be a good fit for your overall marketing strategy.’ This led to trust and a steady stream of client referrals. I loved the mixture of sales and marketing - finding out what the client wanted/needed and being able to provide it! Consistently closed the tough deals - late Friday night Fire Sales to co-branding (brand partnership) my clients together to make a greater impact.
