As Head of Supply Chain, I oversee aspects of the supply chain process, including S&OP, material and production planning, inventory management, forecasting, warehouse management, and logistics.My roles in Operations within the manufacturing sector have been diverse, covering HDD production, precision bearing assembly, Solar (PV cell and module) manufacturing, and flexible printed circuits (micro-connectors for SIM and payment). Notably, I played a key managerial role in establishing four new manufacturing facilities.Living and working abroad in China (5 years) and the USA (2 years) honed my ability to collaborate across cultures and navigate complex organizational structures. I have also traveled extensively for work, further enriching my global perspective.I hold a CPIM certification, an MBA from NTU, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from NUS. Demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning, I recently completed an Advanced Certificate in Sustainability at SMU Academy.Outside of work, I enjoy Nordic Walking and I am active in audio-visual recording ministry at church on Sundays.
