At Kissinger, I lead 2 operations departments, one for ERP consulting and one for Integrations. My role is to ensure our consulting teams meet their revenue goals, utilization and delivery windows.On our integration side - focused on eCommerce, EDI integrations and contract development department. My role as a manager includes leading development on our eCommerce integration PaaS built for Sage100, as well as managing our team's timelines, implementation and delivery for our clients as well as hitting utilization and revenue goals. I am the lead engineer and drive product direction on our in house integration tooling (built on Laravel).My focus on our ERP team as an manager is on leveling up our operational efficiency through process changes and hard work to ensure we are keeping clients happy and that our goals are being met.As an individual contributor - I work on everything from account management, presales engineering, client implementation, building deliverables and proposals and working as a developer and consultant on custom integrations for our clients.
