Calvin is a Senior Manager in the Economic and Valuation Services Practice of KPMG LLP in its Detroit office. He has more than 6 years of valuation and financial analysis experience. Calvin focuses on the valuation of businesses, business interests, intangible assets and inventory, legal entities, and various financial instruments arising from mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning and restructuring, spinoffs, etc.

Assist in a variety of valuation engagements related to goodwill impairment, business combinations, business restructuring, and intangible asset valuation. Intangible assets valued include customer relationships, trade names and trademarks, non-compete agreements, software/developed technology, and assembled workforce. Assist in the review of third-party valuations for audit teams globally. Perform analysis on financial and economic data, subject companies, guideline companies, and industries and markets.
