Working under Chris Bean to successfully complete 3 projects:1. Updating the main shaft remanufacturing specification to include all newer platforms and other various information such as materials and diagrams2. Writing and proofreading a design practice for the main bearing covers and seals PBM3. Assisting in operating two bearing test machines and assessing the operational status of malfunctioning equipment

Worked under Joe Betten to assist with the plant wide implementation of the LeadingToLean maintenance dispatch software. My priorities included: adding/organizing the machines to the system, data analyzing with the provided tools in the software, and assisting others with the use of the software.
