Army Family Housing Policy Program Manager in the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management: advised and consulted the Assistant Chief of Staff on all phases of the Army’s centralized family or unaccompanied housing management program and on Housing Services Office program policies and operations. Developed policy, designed and executed analytical studies and projects, and interpreted guidance on Army Housing programs serving hundreds of thousands of U.S. Army Service Members and their families worldwide. • Developed DoD housing policy and regulatory procedures, coordinated with government and civilian organizations, provided advice and recommendations to stakeholders on housing policy and regulations, and researched and responded to Congressional and other inquiries to DoD. • Directly ensured Army Housing policies incorporated strategic planning requirements; reinforced oversight responsibilities; and included updated training, quality assurance, and environmental hazard requirements at all echelons.

RCI Asset Manager/Chief Housing Division is located within the Directorate of Public Works, Housing Management Division at an ARMY military installation. I am responsible for the accomplishment of broad management functions associated with the operation and utilization of family housing or billeting facilities and housing referral services at the installation. I provide technical guidance to higher and lower level housing management personnel involved in performing routine segments of the assigned work. I develop overall installation plans and procedures for housing administration, tenant relations, assignment procedures, eligibility requirements, occupancy practices, maintenance conditions, and related housing activities. I develop procedures and instructions concerning housing referral activities to obtain adequate private housing in the local community. I direct the processing of eligible personnel. Management Specialist evaluate management, maintenance, and operating costs and prepares statistical data, develops information that includes current and past expenditures and estimates of future costs by type of housing and functional budget code, and develops rationale for justification of line items or areas of housing budget proposals.
