 Ingested datasets from various mediums, from transaction logs (Factory House/Brand House, Wholesale), E-commerce (Adobe Clickstream) to paid media (Google Ads API, Facebook Ads API) Moved older datasets and processes from a single point of failure into the cloud (AWS) On boarded Snowflake as a proof of concept and was actively involved in all aspects (procurement, legal, security, development) which in turn is being evaluated for company use as a whole (valued at $5B) Worked closely with business stakeholders to deliver data for modeling and analytics with the intent of generating more company revenue, collaborated on a project that returned $16M in incremental revenue Administered team’s cloud environment and data warehouse, set access controls for teammates, outside teammates and third-party vendors Built data pipelines with various combinations of Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS and Snowflake

 Engaged in many Big Data use cases primarily using content consumed by Web and ESPN App users, with notable end users such as the President and CTO  Implemented Tableau dashboards showcasing various KPIs aggregated from daily batches of 300M-1B rows and hosted them on a web portal via Tableau Server Utilized various AWS technologies (EMR, S3, Redshift, Data Pipeline) and wrote Hive queries that eventually landed in Redshift for Tableau connectivity Automated KPI generation with extensive shell scripting and data pipelines deployed via Jenkins Generated scheduled reports using Spark and Scala Enabled other teams to utilize data from the consumer data platform to produce visualizations of their own Coordinated with an offshore team to delegate tasks, give and receive feedback, educate them, and receive secondary production support during off-hours Rotated on-call duties with coworkers for any production issues with the assistance of Slack alerts and Pagerduty
