Driven by motivation, persuasion and a goal-oriented mindset, I consistently yearn to surpass expectations and achieve realistically optimal outcomes. I take pride not just in having a good listening ear, but a passion to resolve disputes where they may lie. I think myself a fair communicator, and in my relative experience, have learnt to be persistent in getting the point across. I therefore have great interest in all aspects of pre-litigation dispute resolution and would be excited to tailor this to a career in the growing field of ADR. I seek to apply my skills to a role that not just values professionalism, innovation and growth, but above all, a role which enshrines justice and equality in its entirety. In addition, there is an unyielding self-awareness that personal improvement is a continuing process and I constantly remind myself that the end goal is to become a better version of myself than I was the day before.
