- Key focus on operational excellence - daily operations running smoothly with all projects and related activities being executed accurately with no error; no process gaps, compliant to process and security requirements; proper reporting and monitoring; ensuring proper quality assurance coverage, etc. -Monitor and review team's performance regularly against measured SLA and Operational KPI - Ensure daily operations and system workflows follow - Demonstrate and apply strong teamwork and communication with team members and stakeholders

- Streamline processes for partner-to-partner partnership merchant onboarding- Onboarding new merchants via outsourced referral partners & Payment Service Provider(PSP) partners- Conduct virtual and in-store corporate training for participating brands and outlets- Manage printing and delivery vendors to disseminate POSM to participating brands and outlets- Manage the Brand Ambassador program for Atome Malaysia - Work hand-in-hand with multiple talent agencies to source and recruit quality brand ambassadors- Recruit, interview, deploy and manage brand ambassador placements across major cities in Malaysia such as Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, KK, Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu & Kuching. - Oversee and grow the Staff Incentive Program for atome offline merchants by working collaboratively - across the organization with tech, product, account managers and marketing team.

- Handles Operations of Shopback Singapore which currently has over 1000 merchants integrated with us.- Manage relationships with external merchants and networks, including participating in negotiations together with the Business Development team.- Performs a range of tasks from onboarding to integration to validation when a merchant comes onboard Shopback.- Work collaboratively across the organisation with Tech, Customer Service, Marketing and Business - Development teams to optimize and scale current processes.- Back end set up for campaigns.- Analyse data to reduce & resolve order breaks between network, merchant and ShopBack.- Work with the Customer Service team to problem-solve merchant related issues and proactively implement solutions to prevent future recurrences. - Analyse data to ensure accuracy in order and transaction information.

- Establish favourable work relationships with partners and ensure that they are satisfied and comfortable. - Supporting partner in terms of Point of Sales materials, back end operational processes, resolving operational issues & providing support such as on ground activation of outlets.- Actively going on ground to onboard/train partners to be on FavePay.- Going on ground for events support/activation with merchandises, promo codes & sales promoters.- Work closely with internal teams such as Business Development team, Growth Planning team, Partner Management team and more operations support team to ensure all operations for partners are smooth.- Involve in resolving issues promptly and proactively.- Actively involved in 2 major projects – FavePay & Fave Table Ordering.

- Build close relationships with partners on Fave- Ensure partner's deals are lived on time - Resolving partner's operational issues & accounting issues- Involved in Grab landing project

- Arranging on ground promoters to support our partners in sales.- Dealing with agents to ensure daily promoter placements - Ran a campaign at an area to drive up Fave exposure & transactions- Involved in supporting national events such as Tastefully, PotBoy and more.
