As Head of Business Development for Total Phone Solutions, I am responsible for delivering and maintaining several partnerships with Total Phone Solutions. My business aim is to up-skill existing sales and account management functions to sell, deliver and support who we work with and their capabilities including Vodafone, O2, EE, Microsoft 365, Horizon and our energy management services.

I am currently working as the business development manager of Pastel Solutions Ltd. It is my role to ensure that the company retains its strong position in the field of mobile communications.My various responsibilities within Pastel Solutions include: telecoms account management and providing quotations for SME & Corporate packages. The field of mobile communication, and in particular mobile phones, is fiercely competitive and demands excellent customer service.One of my regular tasks as business development manager is to ascertain exactly what each customer’s mobile communication and needs are. We ensure that the mobile phones, which we provide through our SME & Corporate packages, are designed to meet those requirements. Our telecoms service will provide customers with excellent advice and guidance so that they are able to make an informed decision.To assist in the continued business growth of Pastel Solutions, I regularly attend business networking events and I am regularly active on networking sites . These events allow me to create new business contacts and promote our business packages, mobile phones and telecoms services to our target market. An important part of my role as business development manager is to continually grow our network of connections. Alongside this I continue to build our sales pipeline, managing our existing base and contacting potential customers who could benefit from our fantastic mobile communication packages.Pastel Solutions a small but ambitious team is made up of field sales executives, account managers, customer service advisors and retention executives.
