Responsible for building e-learning library to expand product offering, designing and developing courses, and serving as editor of all content to ensure quality standards.• Create high-quality, engaging, and effective e-learning courses for a variety of industries. • Establish and execute processes for ongoing course review and maintenance.• Create focus group material, final exams, course guides, and other resource documents.• Review all course content to ensure overall voice and messaging are consistent. • Improve content based on best practices for adult learning and instructional design.• Implement course planning process and storyboarding strategy.• Convert instructor-led training workshop content into interactive e-learning courses.• Serve as project manager for e-learning department.
