Melo Junior is a curated project led by 5 university students from Project Melo. We aim to help potential secondary school students by assisting them to discover and define their passion through impactful courses and programs. Leading the incubation team to train and incubate social innovation projects all across Hong Kong for the Enactus World Cup in Kazakhstan in 2024

Accelerated the social innovation project of Youth Incubator into a ideation program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Hong Kong Science and Technology ParkLed the team of 5 to build social impacts bonding students with Extra-curricular Experiences, helping students to find their competence in alternative pathways.

- Analyzed 3 venture capitals for pre-investment Due Diligence including screening interviews, DD questionnaires and limited partner interviews for HK$500,000,000- Drafted 2 investment committee memos for the investment board to review investment options- Audited historical financial analysis of 3 venture capitals to predict future performances after fund injection

- Connected with diplomats in multiple diplomatic meetups in Warsaw, Poland- Researched and presented the Carbon Market between the EU and China - Collaborated with the Europe workforce to bring in new perspectives from Hong Kong

HSBC x Yahoo Finance Youth Programme- Won champion from over 100 teams in Hong Kong for entry to the programme- Conducted investment portfolio analysis for new generation investor

- Engaged volunteer involvement for teenagers at risks using the backend management system (Salesforce)- Integrated business engagement skills with IT skills to work independently over remote settings
