Leezair is an e-commerce technology company that helps tourism organisations improve customer acquisition using digital technology. We provide organisations with solutions that allow them to understand their customers deeply and serve them personalised content and products at the right time.I established and led product management, marketing and business development teams at Leezair. I developed and executed the company strategy, built the company's product and service offerings and marketing functions from the ground up and managed people and culture. I also led the acquisition of suppliers and corporate buyers for our online marketplace.In 2016, the company closed its capital raising round of AU$1 million led by prominent Australian investors.

I was part of a central team of business consultants that supported business unit owners with achieving their organisational goals. I partnered with the Credit Risk team and was tasked with transforming the personal and business lending, improving customer experience, and reducing bad debt for Home Loans, Credit Cards and Overdrafts. My role in the team allowed me to see projects through from inception to closure as I:► delivered business cases for multiple programs of work including the digitisation of loan applications and automation of application decisioning processes, and assisted sponsors in socialising the business case with key stakeholders;► created revenue growth from personal overdrafts by $60 million in 5 years through digitisation and automation;► re-engineered commercial lending originations to align with internal best practices, delivering $5 mil in bad debt avoidance and $1 mil reduction in operational costs annually;► managed a team of training developers and communications specialists to deliver e-training, communicate changes and conduct incentive programs to over 9000 branch staff.
