Hi, I’m Calvin (he/they). I’m a certified professional coach specializing in relationship redesign. I offer support redesigning our relationship to ourselves, with others, and with how we move through the world. In my coaching work, we give words to the unspoken expectations that are caught in our minds and bodies, and turn them into needs that can be declared out loud and received.What we work on can look like:+ Individual, relationship and executive coaching to examine your implicit “invisible job descriptions,” those sneaky (and usually unseen) expectations we assign to ourselves and all of our relationships+ Identifying your needs, understanding your underground expectations, and coming up with attainable, concrete action steps to meet those needs and get support+ Leveraging coaching and skills building to build new neural pathways and make the choices you actually want (not just what you think you want)+ Intentionally creating systems, communication scripts and ways to better connect in all of your relationships (including the one with yourself)+ Crafting a personalized approach for neurodivergent brains, alternative ways of relating, and the desires and needs that are unique to you+ Drawing on decades of experience in collaborative work, experience design, and relationship building, and an integrative personalized approach+ All the laughs and kind, direct communication, with a commitment to learn who you are and how to get you closer to who you want to be
